Green gatorade powder ($9 per crapload at Walmart) use 1 tablespoon, and 1 teaspoon of L-Glutamine powder (also $9 at Walmart). The result according to my original math was pretty close to 4:1. Mind you we also supplement with L-Arginine 2-3g per day (my lovely bride 2g and me 3g), available cheaply in snazzy and convenient capsules at our local Vitamin Shoppe.
