STOPPPPPPPPP!!!!!If I had been drinking something when reading these posts, I wouldn’t have a workable keyboard left ether!!!! My driver’s ed teacher always said, “Familiarity breeds contempt.” I never really understood that until a few years ago…….and watching Steve…aka the Gem Nazi…Oh it is crystal clear NOW!!!! I have been just ROFL when the crank calls have started rolling into his shows these last few days! He deserves EVERY SINGLE LAST call that comes in. Kurt has had a few once in awhile…he laughs and says, “That’s not nice folks!” and MOVES ON. Oh, not Steve…first he wants the area code…..then he has asked for the number so that he “can take care of this in the morning!” Is he going to sit down or roll over on someone??? Then, this is just soooo childish…he threatens the “chrome bracelets!” Everyone knows taunting a prankster just encourages them to continue doing what they have been doing…..He may be 50 years old chronologically…but NOT mentally…..”This (insert name of piece of crap jewelry, here) is going ‘bye-bye’!!!!”How does the current daily market rate of gold influence an estate piece (gold ring whith an anchor on it for $995) unless it is going to be melted down? What happened to “we stole this item…we got it for a song???..etc”Oh wait…I have thought of a new job for Steve…they need to take him when they purchase estate jewelry….he could “SING” to the sellers and spare us……The new song he has been injecting into his show is “Blue Eyes”…..does he think that song in any way makes ANYONE think of Frank Sinatra when they hear HIM?I have also noticed Earl doing really nice things..and even this morning, Kurt sold something for the auction opener ($100) and said “Happy Easter!”Back to the Gem Nazi concept…..does anyone think Stevie is really Italian? I think that “Italian thing” is really a part of his “Frank Sinatra persona!” Anyone can say, “This is an Italian piece…..best in the world……Ciao, Bella!” Maybe I am wrong……if he is Italian, he has an odd NJ accent that I hear every so often…Last night, I heard him say,”Oy!” I think the word “Chutzpah” fits him to a TEE!!! Well, a 5X TEE to be exact.There are only a couple of other people who annoy me at all…on other Gem Stations….that kinda wild older lady on GemsTV……(don’t know her name…longer reddish blonde hair..talks a mile a minute…says she rides a Harley)…that Michelle who came from Dan Dennis and the Jewelry Channel….she looked as pasty as he did/does….now on GemsTV, she seems to be making up for lost time in the blush department…now she looks kind of garish. She calls Dan “Double D!” He annoyed me on HSN (Tanzanites are going to disappear soon…that was like 1990) and now he is just pathetic on the Liquidation Channel. Even the cheapest things on HSN look better than the crap he is now peddling. I guess these people think viewers don’t have memories…I read his website for awhile…..he acted as pretentious as Steve does about only ever “selling the best.” I have read that he was ill for a long time and has uprooted his family several times to schlep jewelry, so I guess he gets a pass from me there…(feel kinda sorry for his wife, also)Well, Steve said that today is “Weed and Feed” day for him……I don’t think he needs the “feed” but I wouldn’t be opposed to the “WEED” part in regards to him!!Happy Easter!!!!
